Sunday Swatches: THREE Flash Performance Eyeliner Pencils

I recently succumbed to the charms of THREE Flash Performance Eyeliner Pencils and picked up 04 Eye Belong to join my ever-expanding blue eye make-up collection. I am lucky to be able to play at the various THREE locations in Tokyo before I buy, but while conducting some pre-purchase research online I struggled to find swatches of the full colour range. As I thought it might be useful for anyone ordering from abroad to see the whole line together, I duly attacked the counter testers and took some snaps.

Natural light 

Artificial light -- not completely colour accurate (or in focus), but shows how beautifully the sparkles dance in the light

Some brief notes on the shades:

01 Eye Love - dusky pink with silvery gold shimmer

02 Eye Believe - taupe with silver sparkles

03 Eye Sense - reddened purple with pink sparkles

04 Eye Belong - blue with purple and silver sparkles

05 Eye Rock - dark khaki-black with blue, pink and bright green sparkles (probably the most complex liner in the range)

06 Eye Kon - a shimmery golden brown with a hint of green

07 Eye Doll - silvery light khaki with pink shimmer

08 Eye On - flat black with silver and blue sparkle (the least glittery of all the pencils)

I might try to write a proper review of the pencil I purchased or include it in an FOTD at some point but, for now, suffice to say that everything you've read elsewhere about these deliciously creamy and pigmented pencils is true (in particular, see the reviews by So Lonely in Gorgeous, Front Row Beauty and Drivel About Frivol). My only complaint is the outrageously expensive ¥3,150 price tag -- although I doubt it will stop me buying more :/.
